This position is for a part-time or full-time sales representative who can work from home with little supervision and still accomplish all tasks and assignments, meet quotas and metrics, produce new leads, and meet with/close sales for new clients. Sales reps will also attend networking groups (like chambers, BNI, etc.) and call all new leads. Compensation is an hourly rate plus commission (depending on experience, earning potential also increases with production). This position is 100% remote, including all training. About us: The Service Center is a business process outsourcing company (BPO) that specializes in providing virtual receptionist and virtual assistant services for trade service companies across the United States and Canada. We primarily work with trade service and home service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, carpet cleaners, roofing, building/construction, and other industries such as chiropractors, accountants, attorneys, and more. We provide services such as inbound and outbound phone calls, scheduling/routing/dispatching, website/graphic design, automation management, text and social media messaging management, social media content creation, video editing, data entry, bookkeeping, payroll, and more! All at a fraction of the cost of hiring an employee. Simply put, small businesses can now afford to hire support staff much earlier, at a lower cost, and help get past the "gap" of the "I'm big enough I need help, but not big enough to afford to hire yet" phase in business.
