Part-Time Office Admin & Marketing Assistant
Peppershock Media is seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and organized Office Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our creative team in Nampa. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys a mix of administrative work, marketing support, and event coordination. Must have reliable transportation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations: answering phones, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and handling correspondence
- Support marketing initiatives: update social media, help draft promotional content, assist with email campaigns, and track engagement
- Coordinate logistics for monthly Word of Mouth Mixer networking events (venues, sponsors, attendee lists, communications, on-site support)
- Maintain and grow sponsor relationships for events—outreach, follow-up, and stewardship
- Help with light bookkeeping and basic financial tasks (invoicing, receipts, expense tracking)
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Support special projects as needed (podcast, studio rentals, creative campaigns)
- Collaborate with the Peppershock team to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, marketing support, or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Local to the Treasure Valley and able to travel to various event locations as needed
- Bonus: Experience with light bookkeeping, sponsor outreach, or creative agencies
