Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years management experience required

Responsibilities/Duties 

• Oversee all church facilities and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper order. 

• Recruit, train, and manage the Nampa Facilities Dream team to provide facilities-related support for services and events (e.g. set-up, tear-down, etc.) 

• Assist Location Pastors in identifying Facilities Coordinators at each location and provide Central support and direction to those Coordinators 

• Manage construction, remodeling, and major-repair projects at all CFC locations 

• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for all facility needs and ensure the quality of work 

• Procure and maintain vendor relations in alignment with CFC Policies and objectives for facilities management 

• Manage the facilities budget, frequently looking to identify and address items that could lead to cost savings 

• Manage system for facilities asset management, including tagging, usage requests, and storage 

• Administrate building access and assist in the general security of facilities 

• Promptly reply to facilities requests from staff and communicate with stakeholders throughout the fulfillment of such requests 

• Maintain a vibrant spiritual life, overflowing into staff and committed to the membership standards of Christian Faith Center
