Nampa Chamber Candidate Forum

About the Forum

The Nampa Chamber of Commerce, together with community member Claudia Weathermon, will host a nonpartisan Candidate Forum for both Legislative and Canyon County candidates. 

The evening will begin with Canyon County candidates at 6:00 PM, followed by the Legislative candidates. 

All questions will be drawn from the Chamber’s member survey, and candidates will not receive the questions in advance. 

This forum provides voters with a fair and informative opportunity to hear directly from those seeking to serve our community. 

Livestream

The forum will be livestreamed by Elsberg Media on the Chamber’s Facebook Page 

A replay will also be available online following the event. 

Chamber’s Role in Voter Education

The Nampa Chamber’s Government Relations Committee is focused on strengthening civic engagement in our community by: 

• Hosting nonpartisan forums like this one.
• Increasing voter turnout in Nampa.
• Providing accurate, accessible voter resources. 

In addition to the Candidate Forum, the Chamber will send a Candidate Survey to all participants. Survey responses will be published on our website to help voters make informed decisions.
