Know Your Government Series

Description

The Nampa Chamber’s Know Your Government Series returns this October, providing Chamber members with an approachable way to learn about current issues, hear directly from local and state leaders, and ask questions. 

Our first meeting will focus on the Chamber’s Voter’s Guide and the issues Nampa-area voters will consider on the November ballot. Guest speakers will explain proposals involving the Nampa Police Department, Vallivue School District, and transportation within the City of Nampa, helping attendees understand what is being proposed and how these decisions may affect local businesses and our community. 

Former Idaho State Senator Jeff Agenbroad returns to facilitate the series and will be joined this year by former Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling. Together, they will guide an informative, nonpartisan conversation designed to help Chamber members better understand the government decisions that affect our business community. 

Join us as Know Your Government returns and come prepared to learn, engage, and ask questions.
